  • To determine if your insurance provider covers my services, please get in touch with them and ask them the following questions:

    1. Does my plan cover psychotherapy services offered by a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with CRPO

    2. Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year that my policy covers?

  • Once we determine we are a good fit to work together, I will set up your profile on my system. The system (Jane) will provide us with an HIIPA-compliant platform to meet confidentially for 50 minutes.

    For couples unable to use the same platform/camera, a link from a secure platform will be sent to you on the day of your appointment.

  • Yes, I am accepting new clients starting December 18, 2023

  • Each session costs $140, payable by e-transfer or credit card. An invoice will be sent to you on the morning of your appointment; payment should be made on the day of your session. Unfortunately, I do not offer direct billing for clients with insurance coverage - you will need to submit a claim to your insurance provider.

  • Limited sliding scale individual and couples services are available, please get in touch with me to discuss.

  • I also work with a psychology and counselling center in the west end of Ottawa, Ontario. Please get in touch with me for more information.

  • I require a 48-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling; otherwise, a late cancellation fee will apply. However, I understand sicknesses and accidents do not always make it possible to provide 48-hour notice. Please email or call if you find yourself in such circumstances.
